DUO for a JOB facilitates the professional integration of young people with an immigration background | La Voix du Nord

Four charitable associations and businesses are joining forces to promote inclusion, in support of the Route du Rhum. The former President of the Republic, François Hollande, will come to meet them.

DUO for a JOB brings young people from immigration into contact with experienced people over 50 years of age from the same professional sector, so that the latter can support them in their job search. Guest: Constance COLLIOT, Hauts-de-France director at DUO for a JOB.

Born in Belgium, the association “DUO for a JOB” connects young refugees or people from immigration with seniors. The aim? Help them find a job, support them in their administrative procedures, without forgetting to give an important place to cultural exchanges. An intergenerational mentoring with many virtues, since beyond responding to a mission of integration into employment, these duos promote the enhancement of the skills of young retirees and bring generations closer together.
