The latest branch to be launched in the summer of 2024, DUO for a JOB's Lyon office aims to roll out the association's intergenerational mentoring programme to bring together ‘mentors’ (people aged over 50) and ‘mentees’ (young people aged 18 to 33 from immigrant backgrounds) and enable each of them to progress and grow by learning from the other!
